Do you only cover the North East?

No, we install across the UK. The North East is one of our two home regions, so work here carries no travel cost and gets the quickest response, which is why it has its own page. Sites further afield are quoted with travel shown openly.

Which areas of the North East do you cover?

Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, County Durham and Teesside, including rural Northumberland. Our base is in Ashington.

Can you help with rural sites that other suppliers have turned down?

Often yes. Rural Northumberland sites with poor or no fixed connectivity are a common job for us, and they are exactly the sites national suppliers tend to avoid.

How quickly can you get to a fault?

For North East sites we are usually very close, so attendance is quick. Specific response expectations are agreed as part of the quote rather than promised in general terms.

For a permanent install that matters more than it does for an event, because the install is the start of the relationship rather than the end of it. When something needs looking at in two years, we are twenty minutes away rather than three hours.
