That suits a pop-up precisely because the numbers are modest, and we will say so if your site is bigger than that approach can carry. Right-sized to the space and the headcount, no more than you need.
Even on a quick deploy, card machines, tills and public WiFi each run on their own segment, so payments stay reliable while visitors get online.
